Local Hunting Details:

• All of the trail camera photos (below) of bear and deer were taken right on the property.

• All of our deer pictured here were shot right on the property.  They all dress out at over 200 lbs.

• There are about 2 acres of active food plot.  There is space to do another 10 or so additional acres of food plot.  We also have 5 or 6 mineral licks that get daily action from april til november.

• There are about 20 or so apple trees on the property that produce apples every year.

• There are hundreds of acres of govt land adjacent to this property, that recieve minimal hunting pressure.  Plenty of areas to sucessfully hunt deer, bear or grouse if you want to go beyond the property.

• Deer licenses are purchased over the counter.  1 tag per person per year for non-residents.

• For Bear Hunting, one tag is guaranteed per year for the property, for non-resident owners.
